This message is for parents and guardians of Everett Area High School. We will be administering Keystone tests beginning on May 15. The schedule will be as follows: Algebra 1 testing with take place on May 15 and 16, Biology testing on May 17 and 18, and Literature testing on May 22 and 23. Breakfast will be served each morning from 7:50 am until 8:10 am. All Keystone testing will be administered online, so students should make sure their Chromebooks are fully charged before they report to school each testing day. Any student who has already passed one or more of the designated Keystone tests does not have to come to school in the morning on the testing days for a test they have already passed. Those students who choose not to come to school in the morning must provide their own transportation and arrive between 10:30 am and 10:50 am. All other students should report to school at the regular time. Tech center students who are not testing will depart the high school at the normal time, so those tech center students who do not come to school in the morning should provide their own transportation to the high school and arrive by 10:00 am. If you have any questions, please call the school.

Due to a road closure on Artemas Rd, bus 9 and the Talbert van will need to take a detour. This could result in your bus arriving up to 15 minutes later than usual, on both the morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off. This will start on Tuesday, May 16th and continue the remainder of the school year.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please call the transportation department.
Thank you.

There will be a science camp at Bedford County Technical Center on Thursday July 20, 2023! See the attached flyer for more information, including how to RSVP!

Bus 2 families. Due to a blocked roadway bus 2 will not be able to complete its afternoon route. Parents will need to pick-up their students at Breezewood Elementary School if they have not already been dropped off.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The middle school/high school administration was made aware of a potential situation today that was being shared amongst students. The potential situation was regarding the possibility of someone shooting up the school. Administrators immediately informed the school police officer and began investigating the claim. It was determined that a student made a comment about believing that someone could shoot up the school. That was taken out of context and then shared with other students. However, to be safe, we are continuing the investigation and have informed the PA State Police and the Everett Borough Police, who are also looking into the situation. At no time was there an imminent threat to the school or the students.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
As you may know, all elementary lunches and breakfasts are provided free of charge, while the MS/HS receives free breakfasts, but not lunches. The Everett Area School District would like to extend some additional savings to our MS/HS students. As of Wednesday February 1, 2023 we will be reducing our lunch prices for all MS/HS students, for the remainder of the year. If your student currently receives reduced price lunches, their lunch will now be free. If your student currently pays full price, $2.25, they will now pay only $1.00 for their lunch. Any al a carte or additional items will remain at their current prices.
Thank you
